The report

If you want your report to be outstanding :

• Use a drawing book with one blanck page and one page with cross-ruling
• Leave some space in your presentation, you can use the whole notebook
• Do not write your "final" version immediately, write a rough draft first.
• Diversify your presentation, use illustrations ( sketches, drawings, pictures, postcards)
• Group your report by themes and put the common statements first.
• Be careful with your spelling. Read your texts once you’re done writing to check them.
• Hand in a nice, clear, joyful work !

Acknowledgements

You can thank all those who helped you (the mayor, the priest, the owners ) think about :

• Inviting people to the camp fire
• A letter signed by your patrol
• A greetings card at the end of the year
• Offering a calendar

It’s polite and it will help the scouts that may come after you !
