Inside the tent

You can put your shoes on a shoe rack to keep them from getting wet or having a slug visit them during the night !
A wooden frame will do the trick. Plant your frame under the flysheet

The bathroom

Soap has that funny habit of escaping from your hands and falling on the floor...
If you make a hole in your bar of soap and hang it with a string, when it falls it won’t land on the floor.

A dish dryer

Are the nets loose because your dixies are too heavy ? There isn’t any room left on the rack for them to dry ?
If you plant three sticks in the ground you can set a billycan on top. It will dry and not use up precious space on the dish dryer.
Becareful : the sticks should be long enough for the billycan not to touch the floor.
When you put glycerin soap on your billycan your two hands will be free and the billycan will never touch the ground.

  A small basin with holes in the bottom can easily replace a draining rack.

  Your tea towels fly away and you don’t have any clothes peg left ?
Two pieces of wood attached with a string in the middle will make sure this doesn’t happen any more.

The chapel

If you want to leave the bible or a prayer book opened at a specific page in your chapel you can make a lectern

In the evening protect your candles from rain or humidity with a container turned upside down, to cover them.

A coat hanger

Are your clothes in a mess inside the tent ?
Build a cloth hanger with two notched sticks where the strings pass.
That way you can put away your uniform
