The material you will need :
- 3 flat 4.5V batteries 3 piles plates de 4,5volts
- About 16’ of electric wire with two strands
- A 4.5V torch light bulb and a socket.
- An "olive" switch
- A tin can (a buiscuit tin can would do the trick)
- Metallic paper (silver tint)
- Friction tape (a tape used for electric devices)
- A knife, scissors, a compass, glue.
Building the device:
1° Attach the three batteries together with the friction tape.
2° Strip and split 7" of the electric wire
3° Put one of the strands on the (+) side and the other strand on the (-) side of the batteries

4° Put the batteries in the tin can.

5° Put the switch on the wire

6° Cut a circle in the metallic paper with a radius of 6". Make a slit along one radius and make a cone with the paper. Glue the two sides
7° Put the socket at one end of the wire. Attach the reflector with friction tape. Screw the light bulb in.
8° Put the batteries at the foot of the vertical pole with friction tape.
